Katie is a registered Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia. She has experience supporting people of all ages and backgrounds with a wide range of presenting issues including anxiety, depression, challenging behaviour, stress, bullying, and relationship and family issues.

Katie brings a wealth of personal and professional experience, including previous roles in crisis support intervention, positive behaviour support and counselling. She has worked closely with schools, allied health therapists, parents, families and support workers to assist her clients in a range of settings.


Katie enjoys working with individuals of all ages and across a variety of presentations. Her preferred modalities are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness.

Using a compassionate and person-centred approach, Katie focuses on the individual, demonstrating a deep commitment to supporting people through difficult life circumstances. She takes pleasure in enabling individuals to enhance their quality of life.

Katie practices from a Neurodiversity affirming framework and is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space for individuals of all diverse backgrounds.

She is currently undertaking a PhD in Psychology, her research is on parent self-compassion and its impact on child sleep and discipline behaviours.

Katie works at CHELSEA on a Monday, Friday and Saturday.
