Rena is a registered Provisional Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia.

Rena has extensive life experience, and in conjunction with her professional training in psychology, believes that life is a colourful journey of discovery, full of ups and downs that we all navigate – while change, although sometimes challenging – can be viewed as an opportunity for incredible growth.

Rena is passionate about helping individuals make sense of their world at times of crisis, and enjoys empowering people to improve their quality of life.  She brings a positive, person-centred approach to her practice, and strives to warmly create a safe space where clients are
able to express themselves freely and feel they have been heard.

Rena enjoys working with individuals of all ages and across a variety of presentations.  She is trained in delivering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness. Rena uses a creative play based approach with children.

Tailoring her therapeutic approach to each client, Rena is passionate about empowering clients to achieve a greater sense of inner harmony.

Rena works at CHELSEA on Tuesday and BRIGHTON on Wednesday & Thursday.
