Dennis has over 15 years experience as a Senior Counsellor. He values being able to provide a safe space for each individual to express issues. He recognises that due to high levels of stress an individual may find it difficult to express emotion in words. He uses a combination of techniques including EMDR and Tapping processes to enable our working parts (mind, emotions, body, memory, spirituality) to process present and past events; thereby enabling words to emerge.

Dennis has a rich history of working with trauma, grief and loss, life adjustments, vocational counselling and mental health conditions. Dennis's curiosity in a counselling session is one of searching for themes and underlying dynamics that lay beneath presenting issues.

Dennis works at the BRIGHTON office on Tuesday and Thursday and CHELSEA on Saturdays.
