Ardina is a Provisional Psychologist. She has completed four years of university study in psychology and is in the final stages of her internship of professional training. She has experience assisting clients struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, workplace issues, bullying, relationship challenges, parenting and life transition.

Ardina brings a wide variety of personal and professional experience to her practice, including over 25 years of working with individuals and teams in the corporate, financial and construction sectors and more recently roles in suicide crisis counselling, recovery support and occupational rehabilitation for psychological injury. 

She uses evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Exposure therapy, Motivational interviewing, Individual and Group therapy, Psychoeducation and Mindfulness. She is undertaking advanced training modules in eating disorders and body dysmorphia.

Ardina has a passion for positive psychology in helping individuals to thrive in all areas of life. She brings a focus on positivity, accentuating individual and group strengths and creating meaningful life, relationship and work/life balance by helping individuals to flourish.

Ardina Works at BRIGHTON on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
