Connie is a Psychologist with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of mental health and life challenges.

She works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, anger, bullying, life transitions, and emotional wellbeing concerns. Connie also has experience supporting older adults as they navigate different stages of life and adjustment, helping clients build resilience and cope with change in a supportive and practical way.

Alongside private practice, Connie has worked in primary and secondary school settings, giving her valuable experience supporting children and adolescents with emotional, social, and behavioural challenges. She also has a special interest in postnatal mental health and supporting parents through periods of adjustment and change.

Connie is known for her calm, compassionate, and approachable nature. She strives to create a warm and supportive environment where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to work toward positive change.

She draws on a range of evidence-based therapies, including:

  • Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Mindfulness-Based approaches

Connie tailors therapy to each individual client, helping them develop practical coping strategies, emotional insight, and greater confidence in managing life’s challenges.
