Charlotte is a Psychologist who works with children, adolescents, and adults across a range of mental health and wellbeing concerns.

She is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves. Charlotte believes that a genuine and trusting therapeutic relationship is central to meaningful growth and positive change.

Charlotte takes a warm, person-centred approach and tailors therapy to each client’s individual needs, values, and goals. She works collaboratively with clients to help them better understand their experiences, build emotional resilience, and develop practical strategies to navigate life’s challenges.

She has experience supporting clients with:

  • Adjustment difficulties
  • Behavioural concerns
  • Neurodiversity and disability support

Charlotte particularly enjoys working with older children and families, including children experiencing behavioural or emotional challenges. She also supports neurodivergent clients using a compassionate, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach that focuses on understanding, confidence, and wellbeing.

She draws on a range of evidence-based therapies, including:

  • Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
  • Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT)
  • Motivational Interviewing
  • Trauma-Informed Therapy
