<image:title>Anxiety - LEARN STRATEGIES FOR MANAGING ANXIETY WITH OUR PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT</image:title>
<image:caption>A significant percentage of the Australian population struggles with anxiety and it is one of the most common mental health issues affecting Australians today. According to Beyond Blue, one in every three women and one in every five men contend with anxiety at some point in their lives. Anxiety is often misunderstood or downplayed due to the simple belief that it is normal and that everyone feels stressed, anxious or worried from time to time. While this is true, chronic anxiety is entirely different and can be incredibly debilitating for those living with it. They may experience: - Panic attacks - Avoidance of situations that make you feel anxious - Catastrophising (imagining disastrous outcomes in all or most situations) - Excessive fear and worry - Racing thoughts - Insomnia - Physical symptoms such as sweating, tremors, dizziness, headaches, nausea, diarrhoea, heart palpitations, rapid breathing and more. While overcoming chronic anxiety is not always easy to do, several strategies can be learned through counselling to help you manage it and improve your quality of life. The effectiveness of each of these management strategies varies from person to person and it may take time to find the right combination for you. Seeing a psychologist for anxiety can help you learn these while also helping you to identify and manage the factors contributing to your anxiety. By uncovering the causes of your worries and fears, counselling for anxiety can teach you how to see situations as less frightening and empower you with better coping and problem-solving skills.</image:caption>

<image:title>Relationship Counselling - REBUILD YOUR RELATIONSHIP AND RECONNECT WITH OUR SUPPORT</image:title>
<image:caption>Being in a relationship with someone can be a wonderful thing that enriches life with love, joy and support. However, they are not always smooth sailing and it is natural for couples to experience both ups and downs. At times, navigating challenges as a couple can feel impossible and conflicts, when unresolved, can lead to the dissolution of a once happy relationship. When saving the relationship and finding a way back to one another is important to both parties, couples counselling is recommended. Supporting couples to learn how to manage conflict, improve their bond and create healthier communication habits, our counsellors in Melbourne give you the tools to achieve lasting happiness together. This includes providing you with support and strategies for dealing with common relationship concerns such as: - Communication issues (lack of communication, ineffective communication) - Conflict resolution - Infidelity - Trust - Starting a family - Combining families (step-parenting, step-siblings) - Intimacy (physical and emotional intimacy) - Different desires and goals - Resentment - Parenting conflicts - Separation/Divorce and more. Importantly, investing in your relationship through therapy can be beneficial for couples at any stage of their relationship, whether dating, engaged, married, or in a long-term partnership. By improving communication, understanding and an awareness of your partner's needs, you are more likely to remain together and feel satisfied in your relationship. Even where no obvious conflict is apparent and you have simply begun to drift apart, so long as you both are willing, it is possible to rediscover one another and enjoy a renewed, healthy and happy relationship.</image:caption>

<image:title>Psychological Treatment of Depression - CHALLENGES OUR PSYCHOLOGISTS FOR DEPRESSION CAN SUPPORT YOU WITH</image:title>
<image:caption>Often misunderstood, depression can be incredibly debilitating for those living with it. Not simply feeling low, moody or sad, depression can be long-lasting and impact on every area of your life. Estimated by Beyond Blue to affect 1 in every 7 Australians, depression is also far more common than many of us realise. While it is more likely to be experienced by those who have lived through abuse, severe loss, trauma or other stressful events, it can affect anyone at any stage of life. Speaking with a psychologist for depression can help you identify the cause of your feelings and work towards a more joy-filled, enriched existence. While depression can manifest differently from person to person or have varied causes behind it, if you have been experiencing any of the following for more than two weeks, it may be time to seek help: - You feel sad, teary or overwhelmed most of the time - You don’t feel anything other than numb or empty - Small issues suddenly feel big or insurmountable - You are easily irritated or frustrated - You are withdrawing from family and friends - You are having trouble sleeping or feel like sleeping all the time - You have a loss or change of appetite - You struggle to concentrate or dissociate at work, school or when speaking to others - You have thoughts of worthlessness or hopelessness - You are unable to maintain basic self-care such as showering or brushing your hair and teeth It is important to recognise that while it may feel like there is no way forward, depression is treatable and a happier, more fulfilling life is possible with help.</image:caption>

<image:title>Porn Addiction Help - JUDGEMENT FREE PORN ADDICTION THERAPY FROM QUALIFIED, CARING PSYCHOLOGISTS</image:title>
<image:caption>Often shrouded in shame or brushed off as ‘normal’, excessive consumption or addiction to pornographic material can have a devastating impact on an individual's life and relationships. In contrast to alcohol or drug addiction, porn addiction is frequently overlooked or considered less of a concern. This can see those suffering from this very real issue going without the support and guidance they need to overcome it and live a more fulfilling life. Often linked to a decline in overall mental health and impacting both the addict and those closest to them, seeking professional help from a counsellor experienced with porn addiction is strongly recommended. You may be classed as a pornography addict and benefit from help with porn addiction if your quality of life has been affected by: - An inability to stop porn-using behaviour despite repeated efforts to do so - Feelings of irritability or anger when asked to stop porn use - An escalation in the type of pornographic material being sought (more aggressive, deviant or hard-core) - Consequences of the behaviour such as job loss and relationship breakdowns - Living a double life of secrecy and dishonesty to maintain the habit - Depression and anxiety due to feelings of guilt, self-loathing or fear of being found out - A change in sexual expectations, desires and behaviours - A reduction of physical intimacy with a partner If you are someone who is experiencing any of the above or have concerns over your use of pornography, we encourage you to reach out. Help is available through counselling for porn addiction and recovery is possible.</image:caption>

<image:title>Grief Counselling - WHEN TO PURSUE GRIEF COUNSELLING</image:title>
<image:caption>Navigating through loss and trying to make sense of the pain and circumstances surrounding it can be a difficult and overwhelming process. While none of us is immune to facing grief, we all process it differently and in our own time frame. Grief can be particularly challenging for children and adolescents to manage, with support playing a critical role in their continued emotional development and wellbeing. Counselling for grief and loss can assist you in understanding your needs during this time and give you a safe, supportive space in which to express your grief. It will also help you to identify healthy ways of coping and adjusting to life following loss. Grief can manifest differently from person to person. While some individuals may not need or want to see a psychologist for grief counselling, it is recommended to pursue help if your grief is making day-to-day life a challenge. This may look like: - Overwhelming sadness or sorrow - Feeling constantly teary or on the brink of tears - Sudden bursts of anger - Extreme lethargy or tiredness - Inability to eat or severely reduced appetite - Trouble focusing - Difficulties sleeping - Fearfulness, anxiety and/or panic - Hearing or seeing things related to the loss and more. Confronting grief and taking steps to work through it can be distressing and challenging. However, it is possible to find a path through grief and loss with the support and guidance of an experienced psychologist.</image:caption>

<image:title>Trauma Therapy - SIGNS YOU SHOULD PURSUE TRAUMA COUNSELLING</image:title>
<image:caption>Deciding to start looking for a psychologist to pursue trauma therapy is a big step and a difficult one to take. Deciding to relive these traumatic experiences through counselling as a means of recovering from them can be both daunting and distressing. While for many individuals it may seem easier to ignore it, past trauma can affect how you interact with others or go about your day-to-day life, sometimes without you even being aware of it. Symptoms of trauma and PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) may manifest differently from person to person but can include: - High levels of anxiety or stress - Panic attacks - Trouble sleeping - Trouble concentrating - Depression - Being easily startled or frightened - Increased anger or irritability - Mood swings - Overwhelming feelings of guilt and shame - Emotional distancing or numbing - Obsessive-compulsive behaviours Unsure whether counselling for trauma may be beneficial for you? Signs that it might be worth considering include when it is affecting your ability to work or study or causing you to withdraw from or damage relationships. If you are relying on substance abuse or avoidance to cope, it is also strongly advised to seek professional help. Seeing a psychologist for trauma can help you unearth healthier strategies for living with and recovering from trauma. Through understanding the impact of your trauma you are better able to explore healing and live a full life free of its control.</image:caption>

<image:title>Trauma Therapy - WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN SEEING OUR PSYCHOLOGISTS FOR TRAUMA THERAPY</image:title>
<image:caption>At Port Phillip Psychology our trauma therapy is focused on sensitivity, respect, care and empathy. Sessions are held in a safe and confidential environment, free of judgement where you can discuss anything you need to. We want you to know that your experiences and your feelings are valid and you should never feel unworthy of seeking help. Everyone experiences trauma differently and there is no set threshold or qualifier regarding what is considered harmful or ‘bad enough’ to cause it. Our trauma psychologists have a deep understanding of how trauma manifests and impacts on those living with it. <image:title>Marriage Counselling - The Importance of Marriage Therapy</image:title>
<image:caption>Marriage therapy can be extremely rewarding. It often aids in a journey of growth between two people bound in love yet, challenged by circumstances often beyond their control. ● Every single couple, married or not, goes through a certain number of challenges and ditches in their lives. There truly are as many reasons to split up as there are to stay together. Our marriage counsellor is here for you in the case of you deciding to grow stronger together than more distant apart. Our sessions form a safe and caring environment to speak up and find resolutions for your concerns. ● Many couples realise the foundation of a strong marriage starts long before saying “I do” in front of friends and family. These loving and supportive teams have a desire to build a strong platform from which to expand their marriage. Before the big day, our marriage counsellor will guide the couple to a deeper understanding of each other and their relationship. ● Partners don’t always treat each other right. Infidelity, parenting differences and tension creeps in from the world outside into your marriage and can cause a grave amount of stress in your relationship. Finding forgiveness for offences can be challenging, but change is possible. The assistance of a qualified counsellor might just be the neutral platform the two of you need for a new beginning on a stronger foundation.</image:caption>

Myths About Marriage Therapy When you have been in this field as long as we’ve been, you’ll notice several myths about therapy. One such myth is that only crazy people go to a therapist. It takes a brave person to acknowledge the shortcomings in your life and relationships. These courageous people who are willing to look reality in the eye, are the ones who end up in our sessions. We enjoy the privilege to be part of your fulfilling journey to a life of contentment and happiness. You can be the brave person too. <image:title>Children's Psychologist - COMPASSIONATE CARE FOR CHILDREN’S MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING</image:title>
<image:caption>Children and adolescents, just like adults, are susceptible to challenges with their mental health, yet are often less equipped to navigate these successfully. Integral to their ability to grow into well-rounded, happy and successful adults, providing children with the tools for emotional expression, coping mechanisms, and support is essential. While some children are more able to navigate life’s challenges with the help of their parents or carers, there are circumstances where specialised help from a psychologist experienced with children is recommended. Seeking out professional support can guide both children and parents through concerns related to: - Behavioural issues - Bullying - Anxiety - Depression - Phobias - Parental separation (divorce) - Self-esteem issues - Gender dysphoria - Sexuality - Poor academic performance - Trauma - Abuse - Family relationships - Friendships and more. Whether you are experiencing difficulties communicating with your child or can see that they are struggling, engaging a psychologist experienced with children gives your child the best chance to thrive. Understanding in depth how children develop and how best to approach, treat and guide them through different issues at different ages, they are best placed to assist. By providing your child with a safe, supportive and understanding environment in which to explore their feelings and relationships, you are contributing to their positive emotional development and a deeper understanding of themselves. Often instrumental to maintaining better mental health throughout their lifetimes, ensuring your child receives counselling early on can help them overcome difficulty and enjoy greater happiness and connection with others long-term.</image:caption>

Food-related mental health disorders can significantly impact every aspect of your life from education to employment, relationships, physical health, fertility, longevity and more. They can occur in anyone at any age, regardless of gender or socio-economic status. If you engage in or experience any of the following, it is strongly recommended to find support through eating disorder counselling. - Constant and repetitive dieting - Monitoring or recording food intake through counting calories or similar - Restricting your diet by cutting out certain food groups or severely limiting the types of food you will eat - Excessively fasting or avoiding eating altogether for long periods - Eating alone or in secret - Following self-determined rituals around eating such as having to eat at a set time or only using certain plates or cutlery - Spending excessive time planning meals or shopping for food - Feeling anxiety and/or guilt after eating - Bingeing on and then purging food - Fear of gaining weight or not being able to control your weight - Obsessively checking your body and appearance in a mirror, by taking constant measurements and/or weighing yourself - Excessively or compulsively exercising to burn calories or ‘earn’ food Living with an eating disorder and learning how to overcome the thoughts and behaviours associated with it can be incredibly challenging and confronting. However, recovery is possible with the guidance of an eating disorder psychologist who can help you regain control of your life and find happiness.</image:caption>

<image:title>Men’s Psychologist - THE IMPORTANCE OF MEN’S MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES</image:title>
<image:caption>While seeking support for mental health concerns has become largely destigmatised in recent years, for many men, sadly, the stigma remains. However, with statistics showing that more than 75% of deaths by suicide in 2022 were men, the need for men’s mental health counselling has never been more apparent. These same statistics highlight that, on average, approximately 1 in 8 men experience depression and 1 in 5 men will experience anxiety at some point during their lives. Rather than ignore these concerns or deal with them through unhealthy means, seeing a men’s mental health psychologist can offer a path to a happier, more fulfilling life. At times less attuned to their emotions or less willing to discuss them, some men may struggle to identify why they are struggling mentally or how to manage this. Through seeing a men’s psychologist you can obtain support and guidance regarding issues such as: - Anger management - Depression, including paternal postnatal depression - Anxiety - Trauma - Relationship conflicts - Stress at home, work or both - Workplace issues - Porn & sex addiction - Eating disorders - Communication difficulties and more. Confronting your mental health concerns head-on and committing to work on them can be daunting and uncomfortable. However, you do not have to navigate this process alone or resign yourself to a life of struggle, a men’s health psychologist can help you find a way through.</image:caption>

<image:title>Identity - GAIN CONFIDENCE AND A CLEARER SENSE OF SELF WITH OUR PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT</image:title>
<image:caption>If you have ever felt lost regarding who you are or your place in this world, you may be struggling with a poor sense of self-identity. While some people have a strong sense of who they are, others may be left feeling that they don’t really understand their true selves. Typically formed in childhood and adolescence, our identity continues to develop as we age. It encompasses the values we hold, the discovery of our potential and purpose and how we exercise these throughout our lives. Critical to our feelings of self-worth, a poor sense of self-identity may see you: - Feeling disconnected from yourself - Questioning your value or worth - Mirroring other's personalities to fit in - Experiencing very low self-esteem or confidence - Suffering with depression or anxiety - Feeling that you have no sense of direction or purpose - Struggling to identify your values - Being overly critical of yourself Several factors can influence the development of our identity or contribute to an ‘identity crisis’ in which we begin to question who we are. These include things such as upbringing, experimentation in adolescence, gender identity and sexuality, career choices, cultural background and more. Realising there is a disconnect between who you are and who you want to be, or that you need help to figure this out can be a powerful catalyst for change. While this can take time to achieve, seeing a psychologist for identity is the ideal place to start. Doing so can help you to discover your authentic self and reaffirm what your potential and purpose are for a more fulfilling life.</image:caption>

<image:title>Pregnancy & Fertility - FEEL REASSURED AND SUPPORTED IN YOUR PREGNANCY AND FERTILITY JOURNEY</image:title>
<image:caption>Whether you are new to trying to conceive (TTC), already pregnant or navigating the many challenges of infertility, starting your journey to parenthood can be both an exciting and emotionally intense time. While much more attention is typically given to mothers and parents post-birth, significant strain on mental health and relationships can be experienced much earlier than this at preconception, conception and during the pregnancy itself. There can be several contributing factors to this, including but is not limited to: - Fears surrounding pregnancy, childbirth and/or parenting - Stress and anxiety related to difficulty conceiving - Infertility (male and female) - Secondary infertility - Feelings surrounding an unplanned pregnancy - Medically complex pregnancies or in-utero diagnosis - Perinatal depression - Navigating IVF or other fertility treatments - Miscarriage, grief and loss - Feelings of a loss of identity and autonomy - Changing relationship dynamics surrounding pregnancy and fertility If you have or are experiencing any of the above, you may benefit from seeing a psychologist experienced with perinatal or pregnancy related mental health concerns. Pregnancy and fertility look different for everyone and you do not have to feign happiness or remain stoic when things are overwhelming or difficult. Often integral to conceiving, being able to enjoy pregnancy or retain a sense of self during these times, acknowledging your feelings, stress, fears, loss and other challenges is healthy and encouraged. Seeing a counsellor specialised in pregnancy provides you with support and understanding alongside strategies for coping. Ensuring you are as prepared and reassured as possible, counselling can also be beneficial for those supporting loved ones as they deal with fertility and pregnancy.</image:caption>

<image:title>Isolation - COMPASSIONATE CARE FOR THOSE NAVIGATING SOCIAL ISOLATION ISSUES</image:title>
<image:caption>If you are struggling with loneliness, social isolation and the mental health issues associated with this it can be difficult to see a clear path ahead or envisage a happier future. While it may feel like you’re the only one experiencing these challenges, in reality, loneliness and social isolation among Australians are now considered some of the country's most pressing mental health concerns according to the AIHW. Whether you are someone with few relationships, have infrequent social contact or instead experience a lack of connection to others in social situations, feelings of loneliness can occur. For some, this isolation can then contribute to a decline in overall mental health. Feelings of loneliness or social isolation can affect anyone, at any stage of life regardless of gender or age - even in those who have previously never struggled with this. Seeking help with isolation and loneliness is vital to regaining happiness and a better quality of life. Without the professional support offered by a psychologist for isolation issues, you are more susceptible to experiencing: - Emotional distress - Suicide ideation - Poor self-esteem - Depression - Anxiety - Paranoia - Low energy/motivation - Headaches - Feelings of nausea or sickness - Poor health behaviours (smoking, excessive alcohol consumption, inactivity, poor sleep) - High blood pressure - Impaired immune function and more. If you have experienced or are experiencing any of the above as a result of social isolation and loneliness, we encourage you to reach out. A brighter future and a socially enriched life are possible with the right support.</image:caption>

<image:title>Neurodiversity - AFFIRMING, CARING PSYCHOLOGISTS FOR NEURODIVERSITY & MENTAL HEALTH</image:title>
<image:caption>Whether you have a confirmed neurodiverse diagnosis or suspect that you may be neurodiverse, making your way in a world that is largely designed for neurotypical people can be exhausting. Often making simple tasks such as grocery shopping, attending social events or listening to a teacher or colleague a significant challenge, poor mental health and neurodiversity often go hand-in-hand. At a heightened risk of experiencing mental health issues such as stress, anxiety and depression among others, neurodiverse individuals regularly feel out of place and unsure of themselves. This can be worsened by dealing with those, including health professionals, who may view neurodiversity as a deficit to be ‘cured’, rather than a difference that should be supported and affirmed. Seeing a psychologist experienced in neurodiversity affirmative approaches can help you embrace your uniqueness and feel empowered to live authentically. Through neurodiverse affirming therapy you can learn: - How to identify triggers for and manage sensory overload - Ways to maximise your executive functioning skills such as planning, maintaining focus and dealing with distractions - How to ask for help when you need it - What your signs are for stress and burnout - Ways to manage stressful or difficult situations and associated overwhelm - How to explore your self-identity and practice self-acceptance - How to self-regulate and harness your unique strengths - What it means to unmask and present as your true self and how to find safe places for this With the support of a psychologist who understands and affirms your neurodiversity, you can discover your strengths and learn how to navigate the world with more ease and enjoyment.</image:caption>

<image:title>Anger - PROFESSIONAL AND EFFECTIVE SUPPORT FOR ANGER MANAGEMENT ISSUES</image:title>
<image:caption>While those struggling with depression or anxiety are typically treated with sympathy and understanding, when it comes to those with anger issues, the same is rarely true. However, anger can also be rooted in poor mental health and as such should also be approached with the same level of compassion. Dealing with anger and finding strategies for coping with intense emotions or feelings that trigger angry outbursts is essential to both the sufferer and those around them. Speaking with a psychologist for anger issues can help you identify the cause of these and work towards a happier, more fulfilling life free of regret over anger and rage. Everyone experiences anger at times, however, if it is causing you to express yourself in ways that hurt yourself, others or objects this is not okay. If you answer yes to any of the following you may need help with anger management. - Has your anger caused problems in your relationships or at work? - Do you struggle to control your behaviour or actions when you're angry? - Have you ever experienced regret over something you have said or done while angry? - While angry have you ever damaged things or become violent or abusive? - Have other people mentioned your anger to you and suggested it might be a problem? It is important to recognise that while chronic or extreme anger is a serious issue, it does not have to define you and help is available.</image:caption>

<image:title>Counselling for Parents - CHALLENGES OUR PSYCHOLOGISTS CAN SUPPORT YOU WITH AS PARENTS</image:title>
<image:caption>Parenting can be equally one of the most rewarding and most difficult things to do in life. Responsible for guiding our children as they develop and teaching them how to manage their behaviour, emotions, relationships and more, it is also an incredibly important role. However, being able to remain calm, reliable, strong and confident as parents is not always easy and none of us are given a manual for how to do this. Frequently, parents may be faced with situations or stressors that they do not know how to navigate or that they feel overwhelmed by. This is completely normal and does not indicate failure as a parent. Pursuing counselling for parents can help you to feel more empowered and give you the tools you need to help your children thrive and maintain a healthy, loving relationship with them. Through counselling services, parents can access comprehensive support, guidance and encouragement for concerns related to: - Child behavioural challenges - ADHD and Autism spectrum parenting support - Anxiety support: for example, fears of the dark, kids sleeping in their own beds, separation anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorders - Parent and child relationship conflict - Teenager rebellion - School refusal - Gender dysphoria - Bullying - Screen use and gaming addiction - Co-parenting and divorce - Developing self-esteem and reducing perfectionism - Sibling rivalry and more It takes a village to raise a child and you do not have to struggle or feel like you should have all the answers. Help is available and a happier home and loving, respectful relationships between parents and children at all ages and stages are possible.</image:caption>

<image:title>Postnatal or Postpartum Depression - HOW OUR PSYCHOLOGISTS FOR POSTPARTUM OR POSTNATAL DEPRESSION CAN SUPPORT YOU</image:title>
<image:caption>Postpartum depression is a serious clinical depression that can occur following the birth of a baby. Welcoming a baby is a huge adjustment in itself and often, alongside the excitement comes confusing feelings of a loss of identity, fear, worry and frustration. While ‘baby blues’ may affect many women in the days immediately following birth and resolve within a few weeks, postpartum or postnatal depression is more serious and can be long-lasting. Experiencing postpartum depression is not a weakness or something to be ashamed of, very often it is simply a complication of giving birth and is far more common than you may realise. Pursuing counselling for postpartum depression can be integral to helping you find your way through this challenging time and bond with your baby. Providing you with encouragement and supporting you to find yourself again, it can help you embrace and enjoy parenthood. Postpartum depression can affect both men and women but is more prevalent in new mums with several studies indicating it is more common in those that: - Are the primary caregiver for the child with minimal support - Have a history of depression - Experienced a difficult pregnancy or delivery due to medical complications - Give birth prematurely - Have a medically complex baby - Are experiencing financial difficulties - Live with domestic violence While it can present differently, deep sadness, mood swings, feeling overwhelmed, anxiety, the inability to remember or concentrate, disruption of your sleep cycle, loss of libido, and social withdrawal can all be symptoms of postpartum depression. If you are struggling with any of these challenges as a new parent, help is available and we encourage you to make an appointment with one of our psychologists.</image:caption>

<image:title>Infidelity/Cheating - SUPPORTIVE & UNDERSTANDING PSYCHOLOGISTS FOR NAVIGATING THROUGH INFIDELITY & CHEATING</image:title>
<image:caption>Infidelity and cheating in a romantic partnership can be incredibly painful and destabilising. Often equated to the pain of the death of a loved one, knowing how to wade through this grief and move forward with your life can be exceptionally challenging. Whether a once-off indiscretion or a long-term sexual and/or emotional affair, the fall-out and subsequent decisions regarding the future of the relationship must be faced. Even where it appears the relationship is irreparable, spending time to work through the grief and understand what went wrong can be essential to recovery. Pursuing infidelity counselling, either alone or with your partner, can be particularly beneficial in this process. Providing support, encouragement and understanding, a psychologist experienced in infidelity counselling can assist with: - Facilitating communication, helping both partners express their feelings and concerns in a safe, non-judgmental space - Rebuilding trust by guiding couples through strategies after betrayal - Managing the emotional impact of infidelity, offering tools to cope with feelings of anger, guilt, shame or sadness - Addressing underlying issues, identifying relationship problems that may have contributed to the affair and working with you on resolving them - Creating a plan for moving forward by assisting in developing a roadmap for either reconciliation or a healthy separation - Providing impartial support, offering objective, professional advice to both parties without taking sides If you are struggling to come to terms with infidelity in your relationship and feel lost about what your future now looks like as a couple or alone, we encourage you to reach out.
